What type of chocolate do you use?
We use a mixture of Belgian Milk and Dark chocolate with a cocoa butter content of more than 33%.
Can I use the chocolate again after the event?
You can use the remaining chocolate in various ways. If you melt it again, you should use it within two days. You can also dip different fruits and sweets in the chocolate and preserve them in temperature from +2°C to +6°C.

How long does the fountain run for?
Our table fountains are designed to run for 3 to 6 hours. Our commercial fountains can run for up to 24 hours, seven days in a row. You should, however, clean the fountain on the seventh day.

Can I use any kind of chocolate in the fountain?
Preferably not, as the wrong kind of chocolate starts to cool down fast, can clog the fountain or start to squirt from the fountain. We recommend using only the special high-quality Belgian chocolate we provide.

What is an auger?
An auger carries the warm chocolate from the basin to the top crown through a cylinder. The advantage over a pump is that it eliminates the possibility of clogging and reduces clean up time.

How much does the fountain weigh?
The small party fountain weighs approximately 18 kg, the medium CF1500 weighs approximately 23 kg and the large CF2000 approximately 49 kg. The home fountain weighs approximately 1,5 kg.

Are fountains hard to clean?
No, they are designed to be cleaned easily. Some fountains have a removable bowl. This, the tier system and spiral drive can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Bowls are an integral part of the base unit, and can be cleaned with a damp paper towel or soft cloth.

How much chocolate do I need to run the fountain?
To run the small fountain you need 1 kg of chocolate, for the medium fountain 5 kg and for the large 8-10 kg of chocolate.

What is included in the hire fee of the chocolate fountain?
Instalment of the chocolate fountain in your location. Within Pärnu we deliver the fountain for free, but if the party takes place outside of Pärnu, transport costs will be added to the rent fee.
Our employees will come and install the fountain in your location and they will explain how the fountain works. Depending on our agreement we will bring the fruits and the sweets.
